We would like to advise, as of 1st of March 2025 , our Reception desk will be available from 9.00am (not 8.30 am) till 1.00pm , and then 2pm till 6pm
Urgent only telephone calls will be accepted from 8.30am- 10.00am

When people arrive in Scotland, a new journey begins. The UK’s asylum system is tough and takes its toll on individuals and families. Settling into a foreign country and a whole new system can be disorienting and challenging.
